Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping on all COD and prepaid orders.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after placement.
- Delivery takes 4–5 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days from the order date.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
- Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or regional conditions.
International Shipping
- Due to current regulations in Surat, India, international shipping may be delayed by up to 1 month.
- Shipping charges are based on weight as follows:

Order Cancellation & Refund (International Orders)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Refund will be processed with a 5% deduction (PayPal transaction fee).
- If you don’t like the product, it must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
- Customer must bear return shipping charges.
- Email the courier receipt to info@labelkbbrand.com.
- 5% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns will be accepted only after strict quality check. Original packaging must be intact.
- Refund will cover only the product value (not shipping/custom duty).
- Exchanges are not available for international customers.
- Customization orders:
- Can be cancelled within 48 hours only.
- Once customization begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Delivery Timeline (International Orders)
- Orders dispatch within 15–20 working days of placement.
- Customization adds an extra 4–5 working days.
- Estimated delivery: 20–25 working days from order date.
- Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance or external factors.
Important Notes
- Prices include shipping charges, but import duties/custom charges must be paid by the customer.
- If import duty is unpaid, customs may destroy/abandon the parcel. No refund will be issued in such cases.
- Wrong/incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers will require extra payment for correction.
- Customs duty must be paid within 2 days of shipment arrival.
